Window Styles
Awning Windows
Awning windows are hinged at the top and open outward. Awning windows allow for ventilation during rainy conditions.
Bay & Bow Windows
Bay & Bow Windows combine three or more windows together so that they angle out beyond your exterior walls. Bay & Bow Windows are great for letting a lot of light into a room.
Casement Windows
Casement windows are hinged on the side and open outward (left or right) and offer full top to bottom ventilation. Casement windows are great for hard to reach areas.
Gliding Windows
Gliding Windows move horizontally and do not open outward. Gliding windows are great for rooms that face walkways or areas where awning and casement windows would cause an obstruction.
Picture Windows
Picture windows do not open and let in lots of light and are incredibly energy efficient.
Double-Hung and Single Hung Windows
Double-hung windows and Single-hung windows are the most common windows you see in house. Windows slide vertically, so like gliding windows they are great for rooms that face walkways.
Specialty Windows
Specialty windows come in a variety of uncommon shapes, including arches, angles and curves.
